2. Amendment of section 45.—In section 45 of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2007 (2 of 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifty thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
