12. Procedure for the business of a firm.—(1) Every firm shall, before undertaking the business of a firm, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the contract concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
