2. Amendment of section 10.—In section 10 of the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Maritime Navigation and Fixed Platforms on Continental Shelf Act, 2002 (69 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
