Section 39, National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special provisions) Second Act, 2011 [S25-X25]

39. Registration of listeds company.—(1) Every listed company shall, within forty-five days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the listing of securities after such commencement, within forty-five days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Board in Form A, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees. (2) The Board shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No listed company shall carry on the listing of securities unless registered under this section.
