2. Amendment of section 51.—In section 51 of the Leaders of Chief Whips of Recognised Parties and Groups in Parliament (Facilities) Act, 1999 (5 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
