2. Amendment of section 19.—In section 19 of the Foreign Aircraft (Exemption from Taxes and Duties on Fuel and Lubricants) Act, 2002 (36 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten crore rupees", the words "ten crore rupees" shall be substituted.
