2. Amendment of section 15.—In section 15 of the Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993 (46 of 1993) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
