2. Amendment of section 46.—In section 46 of the Industrial Development Bank (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2003 (53 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.
