2. Amendment of section 21.—In section 21 of the Mahatama Gandhi Antarashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1997 (3 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
