10. Procedure for the operation of a plant.—(1) Every operator of a plant shall, before undertaking the operation of a plant, intimate the Central Board in writing, specifying the hazardous substance concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Central Board may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
