2. Amendment of section 48.—In section 48 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "nil rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
