Rule 14, Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act Rules, 2010 [S25-9HW]

14. Procedure for the warehousing of goods.—(1) Every warehouseman shall, before undertaking the warehousing of goods, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the receipt concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
