2. Amendment of section 25.—In section 25 of the Union Territories (Stamp and Court-fees Laws) Act, 1961 (33 of 1961) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
