11. Procedure for the publication of a periodical.—(1) Every publisher shall, before undertaking the publication of a periodical, intimate the Press Registrar in writing, specifying the periodical concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Press Registrar may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
