2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "nil rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
