10. Procedure for the storage of petroleum.—(1) Every person engaged in the supply of energy shall, before undertaking the storage of petroleum, intimate the Central Commission in writing, specifying the meter concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Central Commission may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
