2. Amendment of section 21.—In section 21 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, Act, 1980 (52 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
