Rule 7, Weapons of Mass Destruction and Their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act Rules, 2007 [S24-410]

7. Fees.—The fee payable under the Act and these rules shall be as specified in the Schedule and shall be paid in such manner as the District Magistrate may, by order, specify.
