Rule 2, national Rural Employment Guarantee(Extension to Jammu And Kashmir) Act Rules, 2007 [S24-3D4]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the national Rural Employment Guarantee(Extension to Jammu And Kashmir) Act, 2007 (23 of 2007); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
