Section 7, national Rural Employment Guarantee(Extension to Jammu And Kashmir) Act, 2007 [S24-1GK]

7. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every workman shall maintain such records and registers relating to employment in an industry as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every workman shall furnish to the Chief Inspector a return in Form II within seven days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Chief Inspector may, by order in writing, require.
