13. Procedure for dealing in excisable articles.—(1) Every dealer shall, before undertaking dealing in excisable articles, intimate the Commissioner in writing, specifying the duty concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commissioner may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
