3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the National Authority in Form A, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The National Authority shall, within twenty-four hours of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form B.
