2. Amendment of section 15.—In section 15 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "seven days" shall be substituted.
