Section 11, Central Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Act, 2007 [S23-T52]

11. Registration of institutions.—(1) Every institution shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the running of an institution after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Commission in Form C, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees. (2) The Commission shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No institution shall carry on the running of an institution unless registered under this section.
