Rule 2, Prevention of Terrorism (Repeal) Act Rules, 2007 [S23-HVJ]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Prevention of Terrorism (Repeal) Act, 2004 (26 of 2004); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
