2. Amendment of section 21.—In section 21 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifty thousand rupees", the words "ten lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
