2. Amendment of section 39.—In section 39 of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Act, 1966 (51 of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
