11. Procedure for the operation of a hazardous installation.—(1) Every owner of a hazardous installation shall, before undertaking the operation of a hazardous installation, intimate the National Authority in writing, specifying the plan concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The National Authority may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
