10. Procedure for the storage of relief materials.—(1) Every supplier of relief materials shall, before undertaking the storage of relief materials, intimate the National Authority in writing, specifying the stock concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The National Authority may, within twenty-four hours of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
