2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Parel Investments and Trading Private Limited and Domestic Gas Private Limited (Taking over of Management) Repeal Act, 2005 (14 of 2005); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
