2. Amendment of section 17.—In section 17 of the Calcutta Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Temporary Provisions Act, 1985 (10 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
