11. Procedure for the supply of electricity.—(1) Every licensee shall, before undertaking the supply of electricity, intimate the Central Commission in writing, specifying the licence concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Central Commission may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
