10. Procedure for dealing in motor vehicles.—(1) Every dealer shall, before undertaking dealing in motor vehicles, intimate the State Transport Authority in writing, specifying the toll concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The State Transport Authority may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
