2. Amendment of section 61.—In section 61 of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002 (58 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
