Rule 3, Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act Rules, 2004 [S21-Y08]

3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Registrar of Companies in Form INC-1, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Registrar of Companies shall, within thirty days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form MGT-7.
