Rule 2, Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act Rules, 2004 [S21-XZZ]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act, 2004 (1 of 2004); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
