2. Amendment of section 4.—In section 4 of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) (Inapplicability to Major Ports) Act, 1997 (31 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
