Section 7, Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act, 2004 [S21-T2W]

7. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every director shall maintain such records and registers relating to the management of a company as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every director shall furnish to the Registrar of Companies a return in Form MGT-7 within thirty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Registrar of Companies may, by order in writing, require.
