13. Procedure for the running of a factory.—(1) Every occupier shall, before undertaking the running of a factory, intimate the Chief Inspector in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Inspector may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
