25. Registration of appellates authority.—(1) Every appellate authority shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the hearing of appeals after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Central Information Commission in Form B, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees. (2) The Central Information Commission shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No appellate authority shall carry on the hearing of appeals unless registered under this section.
