Section 12, Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Maritime Navigation and Fixed Platforms on Continental Shelf Act, 2002 [S20-YBP]

12. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the Director-General or any officer of the Central Government or of the Director-General for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
