2. Amendment of section 6.—In section 6 of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) (Inapplicability to Major Ports) Act, 1997 (31 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five lakh rupees", the words "fifty lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
