2. Amendment of section 11.—In section 11 of the Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 (42 of 1969) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five lakh rupees", the words "twenty-five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
