2. Amendment of section 32.—In section 32 of the Departmentalisation of Union Accounts (Transfer of Personnel) Act, 1976 (59 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
