Section 4, National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 [S1Z-RXH]

4. Registration of trainings centre.—(1) Every training centre shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the running of a training centre after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Chief Commissioner in Form II, accompanied by a fee of nil rupees. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No training centre shall carry on the running of a training centre unless registered under this section.
