2. Amendment of section 23.—In section 23 of the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Act, 1994 (58 of 1994) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten lakh rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
