2. Amendment of section 47.—In section 47 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971 (56 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
