12. Procedure for the running of a coaching centre.—(1) Every coaching centre shall, before undertaking the running of a coaching centre, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the degree concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
