Section 10, Provisions of the Panchayats (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996 [S1Y-Y5M]

10. Power to exempt.—The Central Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, by notification, exempt any class of licensees of a fair from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
