2. Amendment of section 10.—In section 10 of the National Company (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (42 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
